PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If there is any manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item was sent out than Fashion Valley online will grant you an exchange only. The product must in the original packaging with the tag attached and in the unused condition for the exchange to be granted. Lengha cannot have any sort of alteration done, if so exchange will not be granted.
NOTE: Colour may vary from pictures, there are NO refunds or exchanged offered.
There are no refunds but if the product is damaged upon delivery and if we are notified of the matter within 24 hours we will provide an exchange. Product(s) must be returned to us within 5 Business days from the original dated received on the package in order to obtain an exchange or a credit voucher for Fashion Valley online.
1) Before sending the package back you must email on Onlinefashionvalley5@gmail.com indicating the reason for exchange and you will receive an email from us, which will indicate if we can accept the exchange.
2) Returning products must be in the original packaging with the tag attached.
3) Once we receive the returned package we will credit the amount on your bill and send you an invoice for the balance amount payable (if any). NOTE Fashion Valley online does not offer refunds for returned goods or SALE ITEMS.
4) It will be the customer’s responsibility for any charges that arises from customs and duties.
NOTE: Purchase made from Fashion Valley Online CAN NOT BE ASSOCIATED WITH ANY PURCHASES FROM FASHION VALLEY STORE.
Fashion Valley Online will take effort to have your package shipped out as soon as the product is available. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions. This is beyond Fashion Valley online control.
